The first thing you’ll want to know is if your device is still under warranty and in case not if an extension option is available.
The app knows what is broken and tells you how much the repair costs. If the device is under warranty it’s a no-brainer so the app will locate the nearest drop-off or proximity repair point for you. It can also arrange pick-up at your home or office and open a repair ticket for you to track.
You might decide you prefer a new device. The app already has a diagnostics log, it will ask you a few more questions on the external condition of your device and whether you have all the components to determine its value. You will also be offered a new smartphone from your Telco’s catalogue which will either be delivered to your doorstep or you’ll be able to pick-up at your local store.
