The Mobile Broadband Service Hub client will be on showcase at Gemalto’s booth # 559 at the International CTIA Wireless 2010, in Las Vegas from March 23rd to 25th.
World leader in digital security Gemalto and best-of-breed Connection Manager provider WebToGo signed a partnership to leverage on expertise acquired from both companies to better serve their customers.
The Mobile Broadband Service Hub client brings the concept of adaptive connectivity across devices and bearers one-step further by providing a rich communication suite which allows the user to manage all his contacts (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) from one dashboard and to interact with them using instant messaging, SMS/MMS, VoIP, video or document sharing. Linked to Gemalto’s Network Address book service, the user gets access to all his contacts from day one when connecting with a Broadband modem.
The benefit for the telecom operator is that besides having a unified connection manager across its devices portfolio, with traffic handover functionality according to fully customisable policies, it can rely on Gemalto services, such as advertising, remote storage, and Network Address Book and give visibility to any other operator services. The Gemalto solution also provides remote management capability for the device, the MBB service Hub and all the MNO services promoted through this client. When needed, security is taken care of thanks to Gemalto’s core expertise.
Gemalto will be exhibiting at the International CTIA Wireless 2010 show, which will be held in Las Vegas from March 23rd to 25th. The International CTIA Wireless show is the premier wireless event representing a $1 trillion global marketplace that brings together the wireless and converged communications, wireless broadband, mobile web computing and data industries.
The jointly developed Mobile Broadband Service Hub client will be on showcase at Gemalto’s booth # 559. Anyone who is interested to experience the demo and receive further information can contact Mrs. Patricia Fend or Mr. Martin Havrlant.
